Six years later, Wade, now a used car salesman, was captured by the TVA, who revealed that his timeline was collapsing due to the death of James “Logan” Howlett. Wade stole a TemPad to find a Logan variant and save his timeline.
After discovering that the Logan variant had destroyed his universe, Wade and Logan were captured by Cassandra Nova, who was working with the TVA. They escaped, met a variant of Wade named Nicepool, and joined the resistance against Nova. Logan agreed to fight after speaking with X-23.
